Order process for Hardwood Kitchen Worktops

Make sure you know exactly what species of hardwood you want. Either place your order on-line or call us on 0845 3307642 and chose option 1. All our hardwood worktops require being treated with Danish Oil. You will need one 500ml bottle per worktop please let our operator know your oil order at the same time.

Once your order has been processed it will be delivered within 3 - 5 working days. Our carrier will call you and let you know when they will deliver.

Laminate worktops

In most cases we can have you laminate worktop with you in 3 - 5 working days also. Again our carrier will call to arrange delivery.

Installed by our fitters

1. Use the online estimator - Select your worktop material and colour and complete the points relevant to you. The end price will be as accurate as your sizes and supplied information.

   You may not see the exact sink & tap you want but don't worry we should be able to supply that for you at a discounted cost, however, feel free to pick one just to get an estimated total.

2. More Information - If you are happy with our highly discounted estimate, simply click the submit key which only informs us that you'd like to be contacted for more information. This is not an order and you obligated to nothing.

3. Price Confirmation - If you want to be sure of your estimate, you can fax, email or post a sized sketch or plan for a more accurate quote. You can also inform us of any additional customised aspects you require.

4. To Place an order - Our designers are well qualified to advise you in all the elements of finalising your and taking custom design worktop order. A 10% deposit is payable with order by any means preferred except cash. Following your order we email you a detailed confirmation and information regarding template requirements which you simply return the email with an "I accept" followed by your name.

5. Template - follows approx 5-7 days later by appointment and only takes around 2 hours. This involves 2 of our installation team arriving by appointment at your property to make an exact 4mm plywood shape of your required worktop outlining your preferred sink, hob positions and all the other design details you wish to include.

   The template requires the removal by you or your builder of all existing tops, sinks, taps etc. You may require your plumber to stand by for reconnecting these until disconnecting them again just prior to installation.

   Once we receive the template report back confirming your sizes the balance of your order becomes payable. This is simply because once we have commenced fabricating your top the material cannot be used again elsewhere. Your balance payment like your deposit is fully guaranteed

   If you have oversized your project will cost less, equally if you have undersized your project may cost more. Any additional materials will carry the usual discount.

   In the event that you have underestimated the sizes of your worktops and have incurred a price difference we will advice you exactly why so you can then with your own tape measure see the difference between your sizes and ours. Don't worry; 9 times out of 10 the online price is exactly what the client pays.

6. Installation - Follows by appointment approx 10-14 days after template, faster in emergencies if we can. The fitting of your bespoke worktop takes on average 2-3 hours after which you will have a high quality, extremely durable work surface that you'll enjoy for years to come.
